RPG Clicker is a monster-battling clicker by toasty_mc_toastface. Attack the enemy on the left, spend your points on stronger swords and adventurers, and work through a succession of monsters. The opening slime is only the start: tougher opponents make each upgrade more valuable.
How to Play
Click the monster to attack, or press and release Space. Each attack earns points and reduces the red bar above the enemy. Empty the bar to move on to another opponent and setting.
The large yellow number is your available balance. Buying an upgrade spends those points, so a lower number after a purchase does not mean you have lost progress against the monster.
Use the three tabs on the right to switch between swords, adventurers, and Stats. An upgrade's description shows its price and bonus. Click its card when you have enough points to buy it.
Build Your Attack and Automatic Income
Swords increase the points earned and damage dealt with each attack. The Wooden Sword costs 100 points and adds 1 to your attack power. Its bonus adds to your existing strength; it does not replace your total with the number on the card.
Adventurers provide automatic points while the game is running. Bert, the first adventurer, costs 150 points and adds 1 point per second. That gives you a way to build your balance between attacks.
You can buy the same upgrade more than once, and the bonuses stack. Check Sword Power and Adventurer DPS in Stats to see the effect of your purchases.
Tips for Getting Started
If you are actively attacking, an early sword upgrade makes every subsequent input more productive. Add an adventurer when you want points to accumulate between attacks, then compare the next purchase's cost and bonus before spending again.
Keep an eye on both the enemy's bar and your balance. They track different things: the bar shows progress against the current monster, while your balance tells you what you can afford. Spending points on an upgrade does not refill the enemy's bar.
RPG Clicker keeps its decisions simple. The satisfaction comes from turning small attacks into larger gains, seeing new opponents, and deciding when to buy another upgrade or save for a bigger one. Later purchases take more patience than the opening upgrades.
FAQ
Can I attack with the keyboard?
Yes. Press and release Space to attack. Holding the key down does not produce a continuous stream of attacks.
How do I mute the music?
Open the Stats tab, marked with a bar-chart icon, and click the speaker button in the lower-right corner.
